Your total bill is calculated based on factors including hours worked, number of crew members, trucks used, and distance traveled for packing, loading, moving, and unloading your belongings.

With our 2-hour minimum for a 2-man crew and 3-hour minimum for a 3-man crew policy, you’ll get the flexibility you need for your move. Billing is in 15-minute increments thereafter, ensuring you only pay for the time you use.

Additional charges may apply for oversized items such as 200+ Pound pianos, organs, big screen TVs, pool tables, safes, fireproof file cabinets, copiers, arcade gaming systems, sofa beds, double recliners (especially when navigating stairs), and large outdoor items. Any extra charges will be communicated to you upfront.

Absolutely! We recommend starting the packing process early, labeling boxes clearly, using sturdy boxes and packing materials, and packing heavier items at the bottom of boxes. Additionally, fragile items should be wrapped in bubble wrap or packing paper and placed securely in boxes.

While we can handle most items, there are certain hazardous materials and perishable items that we cannot transport. These include propane tanks, gasoline, chemicals, plants, and perishable foods. Our team can provide guidance on how to properly dispose of or transport these items.

    • It’s best to book your move as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak moving seasons. We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks ahead of your desired moving date.
    • While we take every precaution to ensure the safe transport of your belongings, accidents can happen. We offer various levels of valuation coverage to provide protection for your items in case of damage or loss. Our customer service team can provide more information on our valuation options.
    • Delivery times vary depending on the distance of the move, traffic conditions, and other factors. Our team will provide you with an estimated delivery window based on your specific move details. We strive to deliver your belongings in a timely manner while ensuring their safety and security.
